This version is drivable at the beginning of mission two and is seen in mission four driven by members of the Bethnal Green Mob. Also later seen in mission seventeen, one of Carter's missions, where you have to ram it off the road and destroy it. Carter can also steal during mission nineteen from Charlie's depot in order to get to UCL.
