either the 1955 BMW Isetta 250 (bigger side windows) or the 1953 Iso Isetta which has the headlights at a lower position (a bit more like the Zip, same big windows)

Edit: Zip is how the fallout wiki calls them

In-game name either "Blue Zip" or "Zip". The version on a billboard with "Blue Zip" is blue, but all the wrecked ones are red, so maybe just "Zip"?

This one has the hinges on the roof for upward opening doors. Unless it's based on some very obscure model/concept, it's likely an MFG mix of many designs.

I agree with first one who will find Isseta clone with normal doors on sides. These bubble cars are all very similar.

I see some Heinkel Cabin Cruiser in it, but not enough to be based entirely on that.
