Actually this is the slightly earlier Group A Clio Williams; the F2 kit car Clio Maxi had larger fender flares and a larger rear wing.

Made for the 2 wheel drive, naturally aspirated rally class, called Formula 2, which was a big class in the 90s, where cars like the famous 306 Maxi, and Citroen Xsara kit car also featured, the Xsara also won 2 WRC Events outright, despite the competition from the 4wd, turbocharged WRC cars. But the 2wd cars were much lighter, and had around the same amount of power at that time so.
This Renault was an early F2 and it has a screaming, 2 litre n/a engine, with no turbo, that revs to 8500 rpm+, and sounds awesome :)
It does put around 255 + hp.
