Nope, nope. Clearance lights, placement of exhaust pipes and sleeper separated from a cab definitelly tells that it's american truck. If we really want to identify vehicles made from a few blocks (which is crazy for me) we should search for Freightliner COE models I think. But I doubt that we will find something like this.
