There's no such thing as a 1933 Ford Model A. I think it's some kind of Plymouth.

No way that is even remotely a beetle, that car is front engined and the beatle is rear engined, and the front end looks nothing like a beetle.
I'm guess its probably a well modified late thirties to early forties Ford Model A Roadster.
