Okay, I dont have the game and all other cars are unlockable, so I was just curious.

Nope, it's available from the very beggining. I have to start a new game and check all the standard unlocked cars. Also, make a pic to the Fleetwood RV from TLW, which I can't do since it's finished (it's undrivable)
