Is this game set in Israel? I notice the Police vehicles looks like old Jewish Police scheme.

The game is set in the fictional city state of Harran, located inside the Republic of Turkey. The city-state was able to fight off Ottomans and was given independence by the Sultan. The police livery is essentially the Turkish police livery, nothing to do with Israel besides being in the same side of the continent.

yes, it was from this car that the body shape was taken. I think the body shape was taken from the 2009 Alfa Romeo 159.

Body mainly looks like an '06 Vauxhall Astra (www.acklamcarcentre.co.uk/images/cars/zoom/1197045123-62025700.jpg) although the rear seems like an Alfa 155 (upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/21/Alfa_155_rear_20080118.jpg) or 164 (www.digest.net/alfa/FAQ/164/alfa_164_5.jpg).

Ok, here is clear that the name of the car is Veloce.
Veloce is fast, in Italian. As I said in another comment, the rear comes from an Alfa 155 and a Seat Toledo, while side comes from a Fiat Siena. The front comes from a Marea, but the overall shape looks coming from a Siena.

I say Fiat Siena, restyling of the first generation :)
