These are actually all Buick Grand Nationals with modified textures.

Want proof? Look at the badges on the front fenders and rear.

Same badges in the same places. Only, the entire right side of the model is just a mirror of the textures on the left side, the front texture is completely different, and the taxis are stretched to look like sedans.

Differences aside, they're clearly Grand Nationals, and should be listed as such in this game, Crimelife 2, and the two 18 Wheels of Steel games that use this model.

if you look closely, the texture is actually modified to give this car rear doors, but it's still based on that Buick coupe

I can see outlines for the rear doors though.

However, it was uncommon nowadays, but there was a few 2 door cars that were used as taxicabs, for instance, the Type 1 Beetle was popularly used as a taxi in Mexico up until other cars were used.
To get to the backseat in one of these, the passenger seat was usually removed for easy access.
