I think it is 3rd generation Dodge Caravan. Compare the rear lights of Dodge Caravan and Chrysler Voyager with this car.

Edit: Plymouth Voyager has got the same rear lights as Dodge Caravan, however the grill is different in Plymouth Voyager, so this car is probably 3rd generation Dodge Caravan.

If it takes place in the USA, then it's not a Chrysler Voyager.

There was a Chrysler Voyager in the US, but it was just a Plymouth Voyager with a Chrysler emblem on the grille.

This has a crosshair grille (which European Voyagers had), but if it takes place in the US, it's a Dodge Caravan.

I am 100% sure that Voyager was made in USA, because they were also made in Austria
But since it takes place in USA (it looks like, because there are Club Wagons and these Voyagers everywhere), it was proably built in USA
