Going on a massive limb here.
It's most likely based on the QX series. I remember when I was looking in the via replay editor and saw an Infiniti symbol.
The headlights say Suzuki Swift. The rest of the Bay Car is most likely custom.
Volkswagen Touareg is too round to match.
Either Infiniti QX, or Made for Game if this website's guidelines aren't strict.
