It appeared fully modeled as civilian and cop car in the E3 trailer, but the sadly removed it from the game before final release. They only left this burnt model and some advertising.

It onlly appears as a burnt wreck (gas station opposite of Amhersts apartment).

I wonder what the model name would be, as the fact that Hercus is right under a logo indicates it being a manufacturer.
