It resembles an NSX more than an F40. The only thing it has in common with the f40 is the rear lights and square backend. That said, I'd say Saleen s7 with a few features from a ford gt and f40 thrown in.

When I got a closer look at the car, it looks like a cross between a Noble M400 and Ferrari F40 IMO.
