The 'normal' Reaper is purple/black with a skull on the sides as can be seen at 7:21 in this Youtube video: youtu.be/qRxVEtZ08r0?t=441, rather than all black with the text "XPERIA" on the sides like this one is. The fact that this one has a banner saying "exclusive" rather than "premium" also makes me think it's probably a promotional reward, looking at the XPERIA text on the sides I'd guess it might have had something to do with the Sony Xperia phone.
