Also, ones received after their release have a white roof, one purchased later on, after it was no longer free, have a black roof.

It got 4 different paint jobs (shark, lumber, octopus and some other marine one), which you change at LSC.

I think the paradise comes with different paintjobs, mine doest have this shark one, it had some lumberjack i think, or maybe its randomized everytime you get it from your garage as a special vehicle
