Although I can see some elements of the 2008+ facelifted 9-3 in the headlights, this is undoubtedly a 6-Series / M6. There are multiple details that are almost exact replicas of the BMW, especially the rear which has the characteristic "Bangle Butt" that controversially defined BMW's of that period.
