Tuppence870 2015-11-18 11:44	If you're only looking at the roll bars then I suggest you turn around and look again. The car's body shape/proportions plus other details like the side vent and spoiler are taken directly from the original Viper GTS. I was going to send through a request for this to become a 1996 GTS, but somebody has already sent something through. I'll be disappointed if this shows up as a 2003 SRT10 later today...

Tycek 2013-09-05 00:06	They could use Dodge Challenger 6.1 or 6.4 litre engines and fit two turbos there. Sure it wouldn't have the same stats as the original Viper, but it looks strange to have badge telling about V-8 engine while V-10 sits under the hood.

True, but when you realize the fact that the closest thing to that in a modern production car is a Mercedes-Benz SL63 AMG, how expensive and challenging that sort of engine swap would be, plus the fact the result, although it would have more torque, would have less horsepower than the original engine...and, with the two turbos...might weigh more...R* and WCC probably kept the stock engine because of that.

carcrasher88 2013-08-23 15:24	It's actually based directly on a Viper SRT-10 coupe. The engine is the same N/A V10, as opposed to the Banshee's twin-turbo V8. It's basically a cosmetic replica, not a full-on detail for detail replica.
