This might just be me being an idiot, but I swear that it looks more like a GTO then a Riviera.

With the kind of pedigree that just screams 'organized crime', the Buccaneer has always been the vehicle of choice for thugs with delusions of grandeur. But while the mobsters of yesterday had to settle for being classy and understated, today you have access to the kind of modification that will make you a target for racially motivated policing across the length and breadth of San Andreas. Eligible for customization at Benny's Original Motor Works.

A mashup of a few muscle cars from around 1965. A little bit of Ford Fairlane, some Buick Rivera and a hint of Pontiac GTO.

See, to me it looks like the Dodge Charger "General Lee" from The Dukes of Hazzard. Well thats what i based mine on in GTA Online anyway.

Honestly, this looks like an amalgamation of a Riviera, a Fairlane, and a Nova. I'd be willing to even maybe call this the new Tampa?

I'm also seeing a Chevelle

The logo on the hoodie guy's t-shirt is almost excact copy of LA Kings logo, it says LS instead of LA and the crown is a bit different but font and colours are exact match. www.brandsoftheworld.com/sites/default/files/styles/logo-original-577x577/public/082011/losangeleskings_0.jpeg

The body lines are a closer match to a first gen Riviera than a fairlane. The bulges around the wheel wells and rocker panels also match

I'm not 100% sure, but something about this makes me want to say it's a 66-67 Ford Fairlane, and not a Riviera...
