The one time it appears, it has a tanker attached (which explodes) in Outta Town Nitro in A Whoopin And A Hollerin'.

That's because I used Cheat Engine to open PCSX2, find the address while running the game that has the models and their directories listed, and swapped the names/folder names to make it drivable.

Ok, I have it on ps2, and the truck does not appear on the editor mode.
