1992-1997 Cadillac Seville with worse looking proportions like pretty much all the cars in this game. the rims certainly match. obviously the car is not nearly as long though

this kinda reminds me Kuruma from GTA 3...

EDIT : i'd say Made For Game... the front is nothing compare to real life and rear looks like SAAB so i go "Made For Game"
