Although my previous comment has been removed, I still think this looks exactly like a 2008 Honda Accord. Although it was sold as the Acura TSX in the US, it clearly has the grille from the Japanese/European model. The side profile is also a good match:

Then why not renamed to Honda Accord ?

2012-11-18 01:11		Where do you see Mercedes in this vehicle?
Body looks like it was taken from some kind of Audi, front is mix between Honda Accord and Ford Fusion, rear is quite generic and the only thing that resembles MB a little is that chrome line on the trunk. I will stick such a line to Yaris and call it Mercedes.

2012-11-05 18:21		Headlights and grille look like the Range Rover Evoque, but taillights and the chrome strip on the trunk says Mercedes S class to me.
