I'd say it's a '78 with a later grill on it, definitely an anachronism.

Whoops. 1970s Chevrolet C30 and GMC Sierra don't look like this car. 1970s Ford F-250 too.

The front resembles a '1992 GMC Sierra C/K2500, however the car definitely looks like a '1985 Chevrolet C30.
