How to get it: 1st trigger the mission 2nd Pick up the brief case 3rd find a Icecream 4th Store it on Garage and do NOT detonate. Type the cheat weapons type 3 and kill yourself 5th Check out and you can drive this car everyday, forever you want

G-MANN 2006-11-08 20:36	Although the thing about the import/export garages is one you complete the lists you don't get a bonus vehicle, you just have the option of being able to spawn one of the vehicles you've delivered on the list. I think you may have needed to do as part of the 100% completion. Notice how Mr Whoopee (the face on the side of the van) looks like Ronald McDonald.

G-MANN 2006-11-08 19:56	This is one of the hardest vehicles to get hold of in the game, it appears in the El Burro phone mission "I Scream, You Scream" (but the thing is you have blow it up in that mission), and can be found very, very occaisionally in Cedar Grove, Shoreside Vale (it sometimes appears at around 16:00 but it can be gone in an instant if you don't catch it). The thing is you need this for the one of the import/export garages, I later realised it sometimes appears as one of the burning vehicles in the Firefighter sub-missions. It's a funny looking vehicle, it looks a bit like one of those small Japanese vans. It's a bit like the vehicle was an afterthought, it has no radio and can't get dents like the other vehicles can.
