Yup, in later game, you can see it parked somewhere else.

And there'll be a mission where you're forced to use it for a race...

You're right, but there is difference between this and the normal Intention. This one is lower poly traffic cars style, set-up as undercover police car (police has lights) and is used by Hartman ;)
