It's normal in Japanese racing game to throw in some normal, everyday cars into their game. Take Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune for example. It has Hiace, Corolla, Pajero, and even Subaru R2!

Because those are actual cars I'd purchase on a racing game...but a VehiCROSS? Those cars you listed made more sense than an Isuzu.
