I never noticed before, but it straight up becomes a different car model when blown up lol!

It's not a Volga, actually.
The same ZiL 41047 as this: www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=8751
But, some shapes are different... I don't know why, but by the mission it's exploded limousine as in the link.

So, must be renamed to ZiL 41047.

Also, I have some better front view...
Probably, can be replaced??

Grile looks LTD, but if they mean it russian it is GAZ 3102 Volga, i think.
