When attempting to modify it with the customization glitch in Rim Jobs, it lacks the customization parts completely, with the only body related thing you can change being the wheels. Paintjob is, of course, unique. Should it be added as a seperate vehicle? will do it if it should be. On Burt Reynold's desk there is also a scale model of a Phoenix resembling the version that he drives, but without the paintjob, different wheels and different hood.
