I think it's not just an MR-S, but a Tom's W123. Both this and the Type 1 share the same roof bit so I guess this one is a modified variant of the Type 1, plus like the W123 it tries to look like a Porsche.

Ferrari F550 modena does not exist, unless you mix up a Ferrari 360 Moderna and a Ferrari 550 Maranello.
