Can be Vespa or Glas. But like XThUnDeRX say it has Isetta or Messerschmitt layout. With that layout i don't know. Heavy tunned Peel ;)

Looks like reversed Isetta to me (e.g. they swapped the front wheel with the back wheels.).


This car has the same wheel layout as the Isetta. (2 at front, 1 at back.)
