Why UAZ?
It's obviosly Toyota BJ-series, first of Land Cruiser series:
Toyota BJ 1951

There were definitely his successors, J-20, in Cuba:

Apparently, it seemed to the developers not brutal enough; and, perhaps, they may have the BJ-references.

This looks most like a UAZ to me. The body is spot on except the front, where there appear to be fenders from a Land Rover, as well as an oversized Jeep grille.

jeepster is as close as I can guess, but those only had 2 doors, where this has 4. :/
