I'm currently replaying this game, and I'd say lcpdcv was correct, this pickup rather looks like a Dodge Dakota,
although i'd say it's a 1987-90 model rather than 1992-96:

Edit: It's at least a 1990 model, that was the first year for the Club Cab version.

This isn't a Toyota Truck, it's a 1992-1996 Dodge Dakota.

Technically this should have been playable; at one point in the game you have to take an overly long trek trough the woods to get to one of these trucks. Alan Wake gets into it and drives it (cutscene is initiated upon entering the truck), but in the very next scene he's driving the 1985 Silverado for some reason.
