The rear fog light is on the right side of the bumper, which was used on RHD cars. LHD cars had the fog light on the left side of the bumper.
Which means they once again put a LHD interior for a RHD car...

This is a weird front for the Honda, it's EU spec.
And Forza can't give a proper JDM Integra either.
