Not saying that its anything different, but the paint scheme is almost similar to the one on the trams in Toronto: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toronto_streetcar_system

Not sure about most of the information but for me it resembles one of the Kinkisharyo light rails seen in Seattle or something.
