The car is completely customisable so it should be listed as made for game. But some parts do look like specific cars.

So, it looks like the only thing that will always be consistent on these builder cars is the overall body shape. The front and rear fascias can be mixed and matched, and then you can change bonnets, bumpers, wings...
That means 3 different base cars, which probably can't be identified.

The majority of games on this site have unlicensed cars, we still ID them as real ones if there's a close enough resemblance.
It looks like a Kia Picanto to me too, but we should probably wait until the game comes out and we get clearer photos from both sides.
