Yeah, this is the Inter Europol Competition Oreca 07.
I somehow doubt this is licenced, which is really weird. Is it a stolen model?

The actual car this car is based on is not the 2015 Porsche 919 its actually the Oreca 07 LMP2 Car the livery in the picture is Inter Europol LMP2 Team's Livery so i think the name should be updated so it says Oreca 07 LMP2
