It's so shame you can't actually drive this thing :( I tried that mission just tonight. You just sit in it as a passenger, and at the end of that ride I tried to hop in to drive it but only option it showed was just to ride as passenger.. :/

And yes, this is seen on the intro, but you can see the car with a broken wheel in Blackwater. It´s like the Schaefter from GTA IV, but in that case, you can drive it.

You can´t drive any car on the game.

Plus, there´s still missing one "car", one seen later on the game.
