Although a bit boxier and utilitarian, it is almost certainly a 1941 Chevrolet AK 'Wayne Works' Bus.

I say Wayne bodied, as the research I could put together suggests the Trim along the side (2 high ridges, 3 low ridges) appears on much of their coachwork
