Would this count as Origin: China for this site, like the new MGs? Seeing as it was built in China in a factory owned by a Chinese manufacturer.

For what it's worth, according to the wiki article at en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Borgward_Group the design and engineering were still done in Germany.
