It really does not. The proportions are way off, the front doesn't look like it at all and the only resemblance (the rear lights) are actually from an Audi.

I don't see much resembelance to an 037 in this, I can see some resembelance in the cockpit region to a Fulvia. That said, to me, this looks like a S13 with a Boss kit.

However with that said, it's a bit generic looking, with not much to really identify it.
