I agree that it's a Renualt Celtaquatre/Primaquatre, because it's too squarish to be a Ford/Matford V8. And for the name, the Renault WWI tank was called 'Foucault', and not Renoir, so I think it could be right

not the same and i think if it's a Renault, it be called Renoir like the orthers. I think it's another french make.
