Because I don't really know if they are official mods of the game or not. It looks different and it's faster. As for how you get it, it spawns during the Drug Wars side missions. It's included with the other Serrano in the ballad of gay tony dlc expansion. There are 2 DLCs for GTA IV but no "official" mods for GTA IV. |
