First link is truck. It could be Octavia because head lights and grill is more like Octavia 5. Without logo there's no chance identify.
We will make a compromise: For some people it's Leon for some people it's Octavia.

Sorry, but no. It's obviously clear that is a Leon. In Spain it's not rare to see a police Leon ST.
I don't know where you see an Octavia, it looks exactly the same as a Leon, J-2 explained you pretty well why.
It doesn't matter that SCS are from Czech Republic, they always try to add cars which are common to see in that country (in France DLC they added a Citroen C5, Renault Talisman, Peugeot 3008...). Just take a look a the taillights and compare.

I can. You're bringing down the differences between both cars down to the badge? They are not that similar, at all.

The entire thing is a Leon Mk.4 ST without badges, as simple as that. Also, why it matters where the studio is based? They are doing Iberia, not the Czech Repulic. They even did Ladas for the east countries, so I don't get why modelling a single Seat to be used as a police car and a civilian car in Spain and Portugal doesn't make sense, not only it's logical, the evidence is clear.

Without logo you can't identify for 100%. Škoda and Seat (VW group) have many parts same.
