Looks like the King Long DIDO, but since I believe those were manufactured after this was added to the game (Update 1.8.4, April 2020) I'd say this is likely closest to either the 2020 JDL Autonomous Delivery Bot 4.0, or the 2019 JDL Rakuten UGV.

JD Logistics currently isn't listed on this site, so it'd have to be added.

I also agree with the comparison of this to Japan's DeliRo bots, in both function and form factor, but I personally believe it resembles a JDL creation more closely

This was probably in the game before the mail robots were in japan :) very cute tho

This resembles the DeliRo mail delivery robot that was introduced in Japan last year. Same size, structure and function. Probably the inspiration behind this.
