Shant J is right. As I recall when working on the game, the Trans AM logos were dropped as there was some copyright issues with them, perhaps GM no longer own the rights? I know textures were drawn up for Trans AM badging, but were red flagged when it came to authorisation.

No, not really, but to my memory, the Trans Am name wasn't used in the game due to copyright issues. Sorry for trying to help . . .
