The Vauxhall Corsa used to be a popular car in the UK for teenage drivers who cheaply modified their vehicle. 'Asbo' in the UK is abbreviated slang for 'Anti Social Behaviour Order' this is something that may be served by Police to youths causing disturbance on the streets. I think its based on the British Vauxhall Corsa.

Roger 2019-12-12 18:48	I think the livery is based on harlequin livery, as about why this car in the US. Livery was also used on a brazilians Volkswagen's. I see it as another hint of going south with the next GTA
