I do agree that this shares alot with Preliator hence why it was listed as such. However later on I noticed that side and Back are lifted from Aileron. Both cars have very similar fascias. Rim design and Roof are from Preliator. I felt at the end Aileron is more dominant

I'd be more tempted to say this is based on the more recent C8 Preliator, as the Neo's front vents closer resembles the shape seen on the Preliator. Stock wheels also closer resemble the wheels on the Preliator.
