They are indeed only in the special events and are not playable

Apart from Cars and Trucks I Mean 4+ Wheelers, there are other type of terrain vehicles that have less than 3 wheels and vehivles like motorcycles, hovercrafts, boats, planes, copters and trains are not yet been a part of forza horizon upon their inclusion as special events, horizon 2 did what i wanted, train race but have no ability to select vehicles. Bikes are not a part of playable vehicles. gran turismo 7 or 8 have predicted/rumored to include bikes along with cars.

I would like to see bikes in a forza game it will give the game franchise more variaty
