Well, the car isn't in the game yet, yet alone at a playable state. The only evidence ATM is this screen.

The car will be released as future DLC, is that really hard to understand?

The DB10 was only a concept, made for the 007 movie Spectre. So on paper they skipped it yes.

Also, they skipped DB8 for example.
