Cover changes with every update. It hasnt been Mai for majority of it time since its launch. Mainly focuses on Iori and Kyo. Or collab units. Current cover is Orochi and Elizabeth (GinTama character dressed as Orochi)

Of course they had to put Mai on the icon, otherwise the game wouldn't sell.
