If they were allowed to be listed, what would the way to go about it be? Would they not be listed with a surname, instead having the surnames from the various add-ons listed in a comment? I suggest bringing this up for discussion on the Discord, but I assume the answer would be they aren't allowed to be listed, since we can't verify if it's made by modders, devs, modders turned devs, devs turned modders, or else. | |

IGCD Future releases and to-do list (2023) | I was just looking through the Xbox Game Store, and noticed a number of recent releases that aren't on the site yet, wondering if anyone was interested in adding them. - Concept Destruction: Basically mini, battery powered, cardboard Wreckfest - Formula Retro Racing: Kinda like a modern Virtua Racing, full 3D models and old school racing - Super Toy Cars 2: Kinda like a mix between Micro Machines games and Hot Wheels games. Bunch of cars that look just like their real counterparts, should make identification pretty easy. The first STC title isn't on here, either. - MotoGP 20: I'm actually surprised this isn't on here yet. Surely someone here is planning to do it, right? - Convoy: A Tactical Rougelike: Think Crossout, but two-dimensional, top down, and pixelated. - Snakeybus: The bus that just keeps getting longer and longer. Think Snake meets Crazy Taxi meets Bus Simulator. | |

The possibility to add beta/unreleased cars (but OFFICIAL, NOT mods), maybe in a page like the "VideoGame Tracks"... 2. The possibility to insert various cars of the "same model" (like in various GT, there's only the Nissan Primera '90, and not the Infiniti G20 '90, but, ok is the same model with different make, but in the game are two different cars!)... Also possibility to add trims (is good to add in a cars' page all the trims or colors, like WebCarStory)... 3. Add more cars per page (maybe 100 vehicles?)... I know, maybe is a bit slower, but now all we have a normal/good internet connection... 4. Add the page igcd.net/search.php or a Search Tool at starting page near "Videogames", "Makes", ... . 5. Redesign the site with modern style (Like WebCarStory) with smaller buttons (Home page, Videogames, Makes, ...), like imcdb. Thanks to read my comment .gif ";)") | |
IGCD Future releases and to-do list (2023) | Well, if they do end up being allowed, I can try to get some images from six packs that I currently own, but they won't be the best of quality. At minimum, I could supply info on the vehicles from specific packs, along with identifications of what they're based on, if they're not MFG. | |
IGCD Future releases and to-do list (2023) | The content packs are just approved mods, something similar to Fallout 4 and Skyrim, i think they should be allowed due to officially being included in the game but let’s see what others say. | |
IGCD Future releases and to-do list (2023) | I've got a question, not sure if this will open up a can of worms that doesn't need to be opened, but... ...if a game like Minecraft has officially authorized content packs that can be purchased from an official marketplace in-game, and the packs have vehicles in them that resemble real vehicles, could they be allowed to be listed here as DLC for the game? Because Minecraft has packs like that. One was just released and has some cars that closely resemble real vehicles, and there's others like them. Prop vehicles that are built from in-game blocks wouldn't be eligible, of course. Only the added vehicles that are spawnable items. I mean, if all these 'blocky' games that are clearly copying the look of Minecraft are allowed, I'm sure there's room to have these official content cars added. -- Last edit: 2020-04-15 23:37:54 | |

IGCD Future releases and to-do list (2023) | A question from me. Will it be possible for a update in the future of IGCD, to make a edit for a car which only appears in a collector's/special Edition? Cause i had it several times, that when i add a car that is only in a collectors/special edition, or budget version, i could only select downloadable car or unlockable car. Of course, both options are wrong in my cases of Colin McRae Rally in the PlayStation 1 Bestsellers Edition (Subaru Impreza 22B replaces original Subaru Impreza WRC), NASCAR 98 Collectors Edition (Richard Petty's car is unlocked from start) or also as example V-Rally Platinum Version (Toyota Corolla WRC). The only thing i had done when i added these "extra/special" cars was to fill in th "How to obtain it this car"-section with the information: As example "This car is only available at these specific version of the game" and put it as unlockable car on. But, i think honestly there must be a new function (with a other star color) for cars that are only in special/collectors or budget versions of games. What do you think about it? | |
