Here's a high quality video of all the cars in the game, as I don't have the game to add them myself.

I also never got far enough in the game to see all of the tracks, but I know there's one billboard on one of the Las Vegas tracks that has a Plymouth Voyager on it.

As for the locations, I can definitely add those if you want.

That's a Class A car in the game (the highest class in the game), the EXR Mystic, the game's version of the 1996 TVR Project 7/12.

All 10 locations added. Each track has 3 layouts (except Black Forest, which has 2), plus reverse versions of each layout, resulting in a total of 58 tracks available.

Cars are a little to close to the IRL cars for me.

Ram Venom GTR- Dodge Viper GTS-R Team Oreca
Lance Scorcher- Lister Storm V12 RM (Lister Storm V12 Race Car since GT3)
M-K Phantom R- Mercedes-Benz CLK-GTR (was supposed to appear in GT2, but was removed because of licensing issues with EA)

Not only that...

EXR Mystic (cover car) - TVR Project 7/12, it's only other appearance...GT2.

Elan Scorpion - Lotus Elise GT1...also appeared in GT2.

Hayai N70 - Nissan R390 GT1...also appeared in GT2.

EXR Challenger - TVR Cerbera GT2...similar to the LM version of the Cerbera in GT2, which is actually based on the GT2 version.

Elan Swift TT - Lotus Esprit GT1...also appeared in GT2.

And though the Ellipse Stallion is more of a Saleen S351 race car than an SR, there is the similarities between this and the SR in GT2.

So, all in all, it really does seem like they tried to go for a GT2 for the PS2, at least with some of the cars.

The TVR Project 7/12 is known as the Speed 12 on GT2.

I believe the original concept for the TVR was the Project 7/12, then its racing version was just called Speed 12, then the later production version and its racing counterparts were given the full Cerbera Speed 12 name. However, there isn't a lot of information available about these cars so I may be wrong.
